THE FOCAL 
POINT

Bevy On Tour, a project between Lucio and Tiago of Bevy, and Between Collective, is an independent docu-series on Mexico's drinks culture. The team will travel 12.000 kilometres across the country to Oaxaca, Jalisco, Mexico City, and Ensenada. The crew will be exploring local farms, distilleries and bars, featuring some of the world's top 50 bars, such as Café de Nadie in Mexico City.

The
challenge

The docu-series will go beyond the label and gain a deeper understanding of how mezcal, tequila and the broader Mexican drink culture influences local producers. Hearing from the generational mezcaleros to the up-and-coming mixologists, we'll follow Lucio and Tiago over the six weeks with the three-part series being launched in April 2023. The project will disrupt the norm when it comes to traditional storytelling around alcohol and travel and the premiere will be hosted in Lisbon at an exclusive industry event for all bartenders and hospitality personnel with a broader distribution following afterwards.
